Welcome! I'm over in Dacula and even though I haven't been able to brew for awhile (new house taking most of my time & extra income) I still come here every so often. These folks are great and super knowledgeable!

The skin was definitely pretty rubbery when they came out so I popped them in the oven. SWMBO had a batch of fries going in there at 450 so about 10 minutes took care of the skin.
