we make a hot version of our flagship ipa. we use about 30 or so habaneros for a 3 bbl batch, or we use a mix of peppers depending on what we can get from employees/customers. cut about half of the peppers in half, leave the others whole. put in a pot. cover with water, and raise to a boil...

with siebel, there is a good bit of chemistry, but you don't have to have a science background to do well. Unlike UC davis, which requires a science or math degree i believe, and focuses primarily on those areas, siebel gives you the whole picture. thats just what i've heard talking with people...

nope. life took a different direction and that money was spent on beer school. I will do it one day. good luck!
