Six below. Irish red stout. It's slow going. Everything is stiff and fragile. Broke the fitting off a garden hose, so I had to move my chilling outside. Arg. This is probably the last brew I do this winer.

I've never been able to see pictures until the puppies above, and the fermenter. Not the beer, though. Still unable to see any anywhere else.

My son and I bottled about 240 22oz bottles of three batches we brewed three weeks ago at Saugatuck Brewing. Good people; good beer. It was fun using professional equipment. Makes it easy to long for stuff I can neither afford nor find find room for.
