    Boiling the wort chiller

    I wash my chiller both before and after use, never boil it although its stainless steel. I just put it in the near-boiling wort when its done...

    BIAB How to Squeeze the Bag

    Very similar to my setup, except mine is in a basket. I also dunk sparge then pour through from a seperate pot with about 1 or 2 gal in it, then squeeze while heating for boil.
