    Fat Tire Clone

Made this recipe in the spring time and it was great, but in order to take away some of the sweetness the beer had, could I just lower the mash to lets say 151? Fat Tire Clone (December): 5 gal, OG = 1.050, FG = 1.013 IBU = 19, SRM = 14, ABV = 4.7% 8# 10 oz. 2-row Pale Malt 1# Munich Malt 8...

    Tubber piece keg lid

I have a lid that is missing a rubber piece. I'm sure I'm not the 1st but I cant think of anything good to just super glue onto lid so it's not scratching the keg every time I open it close the lid

Weissbier Bee Cave Brewery Bavarian Hefeweizen

Holy hell just followed Ed's recipe to the T and after 18 hours I woke up to the lift cracked open and fermentation is rocking along. How screwed am I that the lid was fully opened up?

    Juice NEIPA Fermenter Volume

I guess I'll need a new bucket then to be able to get 6.5. Maybe time to invest in a 7 gallon conical

    Juice NEIPA Fermenter Volume

So I wanted to test this out so I pre boiled 7.25 gallons and after cooling off the wort and dumping it into a bucket, I had 5.8 gallons. So I'm hoping I can get a solid 5 gallons once I cold crash. Thanks everyone

    Juice NEIPA Fermenter Volume

Thanks, I was def between level 4 and 5. Great video for sure and like the 6 gallon mark for fermenter

    Juice NEIPA Fermenter Volume

So I have brewed a little bit this past year (30 or so batches) and I made my first Juicy NEIPA about 6 weeks ago. Turned out perfect but had an issue with volume amount. Below you will find my recipe and boil / fermenter amounts and just wondering where I need to adjust to make a full 5...
