Ive been using beer smith 2, and im designing a sweet stout, however i cant find anywhere in the software that references milk sugar or lactose, is this an add-on, or am i not looking correctly. :confused:
I've just started to brew and made an all grain American Amber Ale, turned out very well but it had the final steps about the amount of sugar (ie.corn sugar etc) to use for carbonating in bottles. Is there a rule of thumb for this depending on the quantity being brewed?
