    So it's still ok mate? Can I still bottle it after fermentation stops? It won't change the taste of my beer will it?

    hey guys my beer is 5 days in fermenting and I'm just wondering if this is an infection?? The yeast I used was wyeast American ale 2 and I have heard that this yeast can sit on top of my beer throughout fermentation. Any advice would be great. Cheers
