    Warm homebrew is ok

Certanly. I like my beers cold but not frozen unless its some average tap pilsner. Otherwise I like to let them sit a bit, but my reply was oriented to storage temperature. I have all my homebrews at 60-62F which is my cellar ambient and not seen one go bad. I just restock the kitchen freezer...

    Warm homebrew is ok

I keep my beers, bottled or keged in my cellar which is around 60-62F and they are just fine.

    So who's brewing this weekend?

Well a friend’s bbq just popped up in the calendar two weeks from now and that means tomorrow its brewing day. Its already warm and sunny here in spain so it’ll be a 7%abv NEIPA. I dont usually brew dry hopped stuff but sunny time calls for hoppy refreshments!

Its just one of many caramel malts and loved it. I tend to use the materials I know better instead of trying many different.

This time Im trying the Nottingham yeast which I loved for the RIS I did few weeks ago, so I’ll try it instead of the S04 I...

    Hola from Spain!

Hello everyone. Im Asier from a little city in the north of Spain. I’ve been a homebrewer for a few years now, I brew small 5L batchs and a tad bigger 30L ones of not very complex beers (mostly Ales and Lagers which are my favourites). I plan to learn a lot from you and see if I can help some...
