    Yeasty taste

    Did you bottle it yet? Get it bottled ASAP and throw it in your fridge, let it cold crash the yeast. You'll see it clear up and the yeast will settle to the bottom in no time. For taste? If the cold crash doesn't kill the yeast and let it settle, let it sit and try a bottle each month or two...

    I have a good idea for when your in a pinch. Get yourself a gallon of already made apple cider, no preservatives etc. Put in a cup and a half of sugar, used cider yeast or champagne yeast. Let her rip for a week, get yeast killer and use it, then bottle it. If it's too dry, add in some apple...

    Flavoring Cider

    I like lalvin EC-1118, easy to start, can ferment in a large range of temperatures, can handle higher ABV, and it ferments faster/quicker. I use it in all of my ciders :) Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew
