Going to want that explained a little bit more. not so much afraid of the yeast starting as I just want the natural strawberry's flavors. That said I don't need to be any higher than it is already.

it's a 15lb of honey 5gl batch if it finishes like the last it will be around 14% abv
have everything for ag keg brew pot, 10gl mash ton ect. and kegerator enough kegs to be happy for now thinking of more if you know where to find for cheap. maybe the best beer you can thing off.
The one I’m thinking was over 90 which is the problem. Took bad temp reading and thought about it after I poured it in. I do have the equipment for oxygen.
I made a 10gal batch the other day and was off with temp before I put the yeast in. one of my 5 gallon carboys is doing good but the other one is dead in the water. Can I harvest yeast from the good one and how do I go about doing that.
