When I first started re-pitching I used the whole previous yeast cake. The batch finished in 2 days or so with an OG of 1.075. It also blew the lid off the bucket. Beer turned out great.

I finally got around to brewing this weekend. Moved a while back and most free time has been spent on remodeling the house. Nearly to the point where I can start putting in the bar in the basement. :rock:
