American Pale Ale Bee Cave Brewery Haus Pale Ale

This was the first beer and maybe the best beer I've brewed. Today it became the first beer I've remade!! I did change it up and try it with Citra whole hops this time Kudos for the delicious recipe Ed!! :mug:

    Festbier BierMuncher's OktoberFAST Ale (AG)

Really excited for this one. It's mashing as I type (a huge 1.5 gallon batch)and will be one of the last brews before vacation. My older brother is a beer lover and I'm excited for him to try this one. Thanks for the recipe :)

    Strong Bitter Common Room ESB

Brew day went great, this is my 7th brew so I'm pretty newbish but I nailed the OG after converting to 84% brewhouse eff. Thanks for the recipe. Ill let you know when it carbs up what I think and get a picture on the board. I'm stoked for this imagining this is what my Grampa drank in the pub...

Weissbier Bee Cave Brewery Bavarian Hefeweizen

I couldn't help it. After only a week In the bottle I had to try it and wow I really like it already. Some banana flavors present and damn smooth with a nice well rounded body.

2 gal pales and that's about it. I seem to have a lot of hobbies that fizzle out so I didn't want to invest a lot for new pots and carboys and such. Also this gives me the ability to try more new things and if one sucks I won't feel as bad dumping it. Plus I don't drink a whole lot (for now) :)

I think you and your brother should do some blind tastings on vacation with your family. See who is the better brewer. Sounds like a good reason to start brewing more if you're competitive like me.
