Beautiful!! It turned out awesome, any chance you would do anything different? Will the exterior be protected for many beers to come or will it crumble with moisture?
Wow $90,000 sure is a lot of money for the volume of beer that it produces. You can easily piece together a system that would triple the outcome of that sabco for far less. It sure is pretty but not that pretty.
Man I really wanted to attend this year. I've just had a lot of things going on, I'll have to wait until next year :(

I have a recommendation for you. I've done an expresso stout in the past and here's what I did. I had the coffee beans ground to accommodate a French press. Boil the water, pour it over the beans then use the French press. Put the press in the fridge for 24 hours. Just pour in your...
