So the other day I had an AMAZING taste of a Danish import mead called Gl. Dansk Mjød. It was so amazing, and made me realize iv'e been playing the mead game all wrong! And, instead of buying it, because that's too easy, I wanna make it :rockin: So if anyone has tried it, can give me pointers...

My first gallon of JAOM, pretty yummy! My own eyeballed recipe for some cinnamon mead. Put a few cloves , 3 cinnamon sticks, some ground cinnamon and a few splashes of pure vanilla extract. Clocked at OG 1.73.

Just started some of this yesterday, not a bit of foam. But it's bubbling, so I topped or off and put it in the closet.

The blk water isn't carbonated, I should have split my question better. I wasn't bent on using them at all, I was just curious if anyone has tried it and got some outlandish or cool result! Haha

Wasn't trying to gain anything, was just sitting on the pot and thought about out.

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this? Will it change the taste? What about that dark mineral water in stores, called blk? Thanks!
