    Okay, thanks! But I just realized that the chocolate malt I get here has around 500 SRM. I would like to substitute this with pale chocolate of around 280 SRM. Contrary to this the roasted barley I could get has around 580 SRM, but I think I should give it a go with the 5% of it. Or are there...
