    Hops profile critique - Mosaic,simcoe, ahtanum IPA

    So I have two ways: 1.- remove ahtanum 2.- change addition. May be add more ahtanum or reduce mosaic and simcoe, specially from 10 and 0 min? May be a proportion of 2:1:1 ahtanum:simcoe:mosaic ?
