Most people I gift homebrew to assume I want the bottles back. So after the finish drinking the beers they just bring them back without asking. It's pretty cool.

Am in the market for a new bag. I currently use a yard and a half of nylon mesh I got from a fabric store. It leaves more solids in my beer that I want it to. What is a good bag that filters real well?

This is my set up

This beer is the only pilsner that I line. It does not have the dirty sock taste most other pilsners have.

I am going to be in new Orleans soon and was hoping to find a few good brew pubs or speciality beer stores in NO. Any ideas?

I really enjoyed the nut brown when it warmed up. At colder temps I could not taste the nut but once it warmed up the nuts shined though, almost like try were freshly shaved.
