You guessed it, I love beer and I am Scottish!
Started home brewing August 2011 and I am a proud man. There is nothing like the pride of making your own beer. I know extract is like macaroni out of the box, so I just switched to all grain (March 2012, can't wait to see if it is drinkable).
I would love to open a brewery or brew pub with maybe one or two other people. It's amazing how low standards are in some places and I think many people can't even spell palate in some parts.
