I just did my 2nd brew on the B+ no problems. Is any one else having good luck too.

I have a zymatic and have used DME more than once to fix OG. I usually check at the last 15 min and make a DME addition as needed. I also use a refractometer to make it quick and easy.

After 11 months of being with out my Brewie I received my Brewie Plus last week. had time to do my first brew today. Much to my surprise for the most part it worked right all the way through. I did only get 3.5 gallons but I probably just need to calibrate it. (hope I didn't just jinx the next brew)

Looks like the new PicoZ still has no chiller but you can daisy-chain 4 machines to get a 10 gallon batch. I'm disappointed was hoping for more than a warmed over Zymatic.

PayPal may not be able to get you a refund. If enough people complain the will lock brewie's acount till they feel the issues are resolved. You don't need to have used paypal you can tell them anyway. It will give them reason to believe there might be credit card charge backs coming . They will...

my first issue was during the step mash. A small amout of wort was left in the boil tank and the burner was left on burning it to a crisp. The second was the 99% issue and the hops never were boiled Then the third time it never came to a boil only about 165*
