And a little Googling came up with this:
Family history: Christian Heurich Brewing Company - Wikipedia
Bringing back the original beers: Heurich Senate Beer, once DC’s #1 brew, is reborn - DC Beer
The sad reality of today: The Olde Heurich Brewing Company - Washington, DC - Untappd
One of the first craft breweries in the DC area in the early 1990s was Old Heurich. There was the prerequisite family story about an ancestor who'd owned a brewery pre-prohibition and a claim that these were the original recipes … . Ultimately, the beer was quite good and it would be fun to try...
I thought about that, but it's not really experimental since it's a traditional Scandinavian thing … it's just not in the style guide. And if you got a stickler judge who decided that it could go in any other category, they could bounce it …
Every year I brew a batch of beer to be given out as Christmas gifts to family and friends. I am brewing a Julebryg this year based on a recipe from The Bruery and had a taste when I transferred from primary to secondary. It was quite tasty so I'm thinking I may enter it into some beer...
Wait … you don't make a living creating free software and posting it to people who then ask for more free stuff? How is that possible? </sarcasm>
Brewfather integration would be spectacular for me personally. I only mentioned the Wordpress integration as it would make it easier for professional...
If you did decide to focus on the tap list aspect, here are a few spots where I feel TapitGood falls short:

I'm tempted to say it's an old version of Safari thing, but this being 2020, I'd venture to say it's just another sign of the impending end of the universe. ;)
Well, first and foremost, one of the most requested features on the Brewfather site is tap list integration. This has actually been done by the guys at TapitGood (they charge $10/year for 4 taps with unlimited beers and $20/year for unlimited taps so there's income potential there if the API is...
I've noticed the same thing. I attributed it to the krausen pushing the tilt around but the above theory about CO2 bubbles sticking to the tilt itself seems more likely.
Got the tray at RestaurantDepot.com, it was about $20 new with shipping. The wood is leftover poplar from the deck I built and the bottling spigot was one I accidentally bought when I got a second bottling bucket for lambics/wild beers and thought it wouldn't come with a spigot.
Took about an...
