Home Brewing Biography
Most of what I brew is Belgian styles. I brew primarily all grain but have nothing against extract, I did it for years until a friend bought himself a grainfather and gave me his mash tun.
I have a wall of glass fermenters: 3 6.5 gallon primary fermenters, 5 5 gallons secondary fermenters, and 5 1.5 gallon fermenters I'm using to try and produce pseudo gueuze. One of the primaries and two of the secondaries are dedicated to sour beers like Flanders red and pseudo lambics. I recently bought a full size stainless steel steam table tray so I can play with ambient fermentation because I find myself with extra time on my hands thanks to the pandemic.
