So I was thinking the other day about how to make good alcoholic beer into good non-alcoholic beer. The practice nowadays is to cook the wort post fermentation, which produces beer like odouls. You see where I am going... That said, after thinking about it, I wonder what would happen if...

Update. One plant did not sprout, so it's just 4 pots.. Rest have bines and just got a refresh of the soil so they are ready to go.

Thanks all... I am feeling better. BTW,I am going to keg. I had the idea of cold crashing the beer to drop some of the yeast, even though the style does mandate a clear beer. Maybe that would help reduce some of the yeast flavor.
