    Gabf 2015

I'm coming over again (2010) for GABF, and staying in the RiNo neighbourhood. I'll probably only go to the members session and hit up some of the other events and breweries during my 6 days in Denver. Can't wait.

Can you Brew It recipe for Stone Arrogant Bastard

Caraaroma is what I use and feel that it is as close to a clone as I can get. Side by side comparisons with (grey import) AB had it the identical colour and near to identical taste. Difference can be attributed to using the locally available base malt (Aus). Now freshness of product may have...

You definitely want to allocate a couple of days in downtown Portland. Deschutes, Rogue, etc as stated above. Bailey's Taproom in Portalnd is great. 24 rotating taps of beers, usually of the rare variety. Electronic board displaying amount of keg left. Hit up their Facebook page and you'll get...

Wyeast 1335 for Stone IPA Clone?

+1 If no-one still has it in stock (luckily in OZ we still do), find someone with some slurry, and then yeast bank. You won't be disappointed.

Wyeast 1217-PC West Coast IPA source?

+1 My first is kegged and drinking beautifully (SN Ruthless Rye Clone). Stone IPA and Arrogant Bastard Clones are in secondary and tasting marvelous. I've just pitched some slurry into a stout. On current form this will be the house yeast. :rockin:
