Please share your all time favorite home brew recipe! Mine is northern brewers caribou slobber. I aged a few bottles for over 9 months and it was absolutely delicious!
Let me start off by saying I am completely uneducated when it comes to adjusting water for home brew. I am wondering if anyone can give me some beginner advice on adjusting my water. I mainly brew IPAs, wheat beers and brown ales. My water report is this:
Calcium-34
Magnesium-5
Alkalinity as...

Hello everyone,
I just ordered NB all grain pumpkin ale kit. I would like to add canned pumpkin to the mash but I'm not sure how much to add. Can anyone explain the process of mashing pumpkin with the grains for me? Thanks.

I think I'm going to try to brew some type of ginger wheat beer. Maybe an ounce or two of grated ginger to the boil or the secondary.

The SWMBO mentioned adding fruit. Would it be possible to add strawberries or raspberries to a cream ale? If so, how many #s would you recommend?
