No complaints here. Just kegged 40 gallons (Marzen, Munich Dunkel, Schwarzbier and a Dortmunder) for our Octoberfest party. Wife is the one pushing me to open a brewery.
I currently use a 240v Auber table top controller with a Dspr1 to power one 5500w BIAB. The heating and cooling are controlled by an Auber TD130a external temp controller.
How much are you looking to spend? I have a brand new Ss Brewtech glycol chiller. I don’t remember the horsepower rating but I can check when I return from vacation
Definitely kegging . I went the Goodbelly juice routine. Brought ph down to 4.5 and pitched carton. 24hrs will be in about an hour. Will the Goodbelly stop at a ph range or do I need to stop it before it goes to low?
I will be using US05 afterward.
