I am about to secondary a hefe that I boiled in orange concentrate should I add coriander seeds to give it a zest or is it to late and will this be two sweet I have heard mixed reviews on both topics

Yea I pulled it off it was fine I think I caught it in time before it completely was ready to erupt. I sanatized a secondary air lock and the existing bung and slapped it back on it started bubbiling again right away but I think active fermentation is almost done I pitched last week thursday so...

Hey I know its been a while on this one but I just did a hefe and used concentrated juice any experience with that would it be a good idea to do seeds in the secondary

So this is my second batch its a hefe and I came home today and fermentation is going strong and the krausen is bursting through the bung and air lock and I dint have a tube can I just clean it off resanatize and put it back on

Ok so I just said **** it I sanatized a small glass and opend my seconday I am only a couple days away from bottle day and its fine so its all good. Now that I see the zest as the right choice I would think a lime would really work well for a pilsner.
