I have the parts for this but in 1/2". What size braid can be use with a 1/2" female barb fitting that goes inside. Can you force the barb fitting in the 1/2" x 20" hose or the diameter is too little? . Need some help please.
Thanks. It just seems to me that the 3/8" barb fitting is used a lot...
Thank you guys for your help and opinions. About the manifold I have to be honest, I'm lazy and the batch sparge way seems simple enough for me however I might change my mind later and go with the manifold. Thank you

Lead: 10 ppb
Copper 0.09 ppm
Thanks a lot you've been great at sharing your recipes and answering all kind of questions. BTW I'll do your English Pub Ale too; it sounds very refreshing. :tank:
This recipe sounds great.
I have some questions though
1- When you make the partial boil do you use half of the LME for the boil and half LME at knockout?
2- Will chloramine used by the water service be a problem?
3- Have someone here used Safale US-05 yeast for this beer?
Thanks if someone...
So do you think keggles will use or need more gas to boil wort than a stock pot?.
BTW the 82qt Bayou Classic pot don't have the bottom clad sandwich that other stockpots have.
