The only thing that bugs me about this is that is not just in the ridges it's also gathering on the sides if you zoom in you can see it, would it be ok to transfer into a 3rd fermenter to let it clear more?
Has any one encountered yeast or what looks like yeast sticking to the side of the carboy, it has been in the secondary for a little over a week. Most of the yeast settled at the bottom, then I noticed it sticking to the sides yesterday. I am worried its an infection. Please help

Hi, does anyone have any advice in how to add lime into the process? Is it in the boil? Or like a dry hop? Trying to achieve something like bud light lime but in a Czech pilsner recipe

Have an all grain czech pilsner that has been in the secondary for 2 weeks. I noticed today that it has some weird stuff forming on top, I was going to bottle tomorrow, smells good and is pretty clear. Does any one know what this could be?
Just wondering if someone may know this. Will my yeast still work if I didn't let it hydrate enough before adding it to the wart, it's a pale ale kit. Can it be fixed some how if I screwed up?

Hi, how long can a pilsner sit in 2nd fermentation stage? I have to go away for a week and it would be sitting there about 2 weeks all together? Any thoughts would be appreciated thanks
