Yes rinsing is the norm these days, they took it off the shelves a while ago, but now it it back but the new packaging states it needs to be rinsed. There some more info here No idea about Iodophor , its not readably available to the home brewer here.

He didn't have any starsan, so he is just gonna clean, and he is from Europe so he would also have to rinse the starsan, the don't fear the foam doesn't apply here.

Its better to have them cleaned properly and not sanitized then just sanitizing them without cleaning them fully!

We can actually buy unmalted but steamed wheat flakes here, they do not require gelatiniation and can just be added to the mash.

To be honest i haven't tried it myself, but i have come across a lot of posts that the adc on esp32 is pretty bad, so i just opted for onewire. If there is a lot of interest in ntc i would be willing to give it a go.

Yes this will be added, atm i am working on notifications and a buzzer, after that i will probably start on beerxml support. What do you except from beerxml?, i presume it loads the maish schedule and adds notifications when to add hops etc?

i only acidify the sparge water, the salts go all in the brewing water.
