I think it wouldn’t hurt for the community to push for that as a group. That wouldn’t get you booted. As for copying your recipes down, many of us have them in brewfather or other programs. It’s just being able to use them offline that presents a problem.

I think the software - 3.12 is pretty good, but you have to be prepared to get under the hood of the Brewie. If you like tinkering - it’s a fun project. I’d be careful of the original version and look for the B+. A lot has been upgraded there. When it’s working - it’s a dream - automatic water...

True. The Brewies are 5G each and have the ability to stir during the mash which we found improves circulation through the grain. Could always stop and do that on the Picos, but that could get messy.
