if the carbonation is decreasing then you have a leak somewhere. easiest way to find the leak is to get a spray bottle with soapy water or starsan and soak everything from the regulator, connections, and even the keg posts and keg lid.
Labels from Left Hand Brewing are paper and pretty much fall off after a soak in hot water.
Sapporo labels also come off fairly easily if you're looking for larger bottles.
I got a paintball tank hydro-tested at my local paintball shop for around $25. This was at least 5 years ago, but I don't expect the price to change that much.
I cut the zucchini into spears and remove the spongy middle section. Bake it in the oven with some Parmesan, came out great.
