    What's in your fermenter(s)?

    23l of Yorkshire Bitter, just removed it from the brew chamber/fridge ready for bottling. FG @1.010 and tasted great in the trial jar :)

    Mr. Beer - Adding fruit and/or raising ABV?

    Ive added fruit to fermenter's before, but have no knowledge of Mr beer, or never used it. IMO I wouldn't put fruit into a Mr Beer as you cant rack it off. Fruit will add to the ABV but it all depends how much you put in. Cheers Jay

    Having used Brewmate which is no longer available, I moved onto BeerSmith, takes some getting used to and I think the desk top version is better. Jay
