love to make alcohol, don't drink as much as what i make but, just love the chemical reactions and all the chemistry that goes to it. i am a graduate from Fresno state with a Bachelor on Enology, and bachelor in viticulture with a minor on chemistry. currently doing all grain set up with a capasity of about 10+ gallon each brew section, have lots of wine in process all the time and i just got my self a small distill that will be making some brandy and whiskey as well.
