Your recipe caught my attention. I see a lot of hop additions. Was it really bitter like an IPA or well balanced?

Can anybody tell me how bitter this beer is? The recipe sounds very interesting but I am not big on very bitter beers.

use male or female compression fittings on the ends of the copper tubing then you can screw whatever other fitting you like to the end of it. No soldering necessary. That is what I did. It is all available at Home Depot or any hardware store. Works awesome.

I let the water run down the drain. I use more water when I shower! My chiller is only 1/4" dia copper tubing that I made. It doesn't use that much water.

I drink 1-2 a night during the week. The weekends I tend to drink more. I wake up on the weekends and would love to have a homebrew for breakfast. It is so tempting. I fight the urge though and hold of until noon (most of the time).
