Take a hydrometer reading then wait a few days and then take another . If your readings are the same secondary or bottle which ever you prefer. Cheers!
I just made my first actual batch of kombucha and I have 1 thick scoby and one really thin baby scoby. The batch is ready to bottle. My ? Is do I use both scobys to make the next batch or just the thicker mother? Thanks!!!
If you want to secondary wait till air lock slows then take a fg reading then 3 days later take another. If they are the same you are ready to transfer. You can keep it in primary for a few months or so with out any problems or you can secondary. Try both and see what works for you! Cheers:D
