Home Brewing Biography
Back in 1995 while touring UK I bought a "Farmhouse CookBook". It had a collection of beer making recipes. Being an adventurous homemaker/microbiologist I endeavored to make an IPA. Had no idea what I was doing but followed the recipe to the letter and made the most beautiful beer albeit so foreign-ly bitter to my taste buds that I gave it away. Didn't know I was doing an all grain process! But I made Beer! How cool was that? The bread baker/cheese maker/ come beer brewing microbiologist was intrigued with the process and I have been experimenting/brewing ever since! And I now enjoy a good IPA!
