    I have a small closet in the center of my house that has some clothes hanging in it that I put my carboy in. It seems to stay at a very consistent temp and of course stays undisturbed and out of my daily view so I don't fiddle with it.

    If i can make a suggestion. Having the glass bottles in this copper contraption could increase rick of breaks and scratches in the bottles. Depending on how scratched up they get it's always possible for junk to hide in them... I would suggest making this out of a plastic/pvc deal. You...

    I have the auto-siphon and it keeps most of it out but I'm still getting to much junk, in my opinion. The last batch I had seemed to have more in it than normal and it just got me thinkin.
