Like others here: My MM2Pro with the hardened rollers was set last year. Still perfect with 130 -ish gallons worth of high-gravity grinding done. Love it. Have given away my Barley Crusher.
I e-mailed them to cancel my order and they responded just saying "We are swamped due to the move!" No other commentary, etc. I'm wondering how long they were going to wait to update me (if at all)?
My situation exactly. I ordered the afternoon of 8/7 and no progress whatsoever. Sad.
Was my favorite online supplier as I loved their recipes.

Placed an order for a recipe kit that I love from them (brewed many times). It took a week and a half to get to me - I can live with that. I paid for liquid yeast (hoped it would arrive cold - but after 9 days...) since they used to get it to me in 2-3 days.
So much for those concerns. Order...
I have loved this place but I fear they're going down. They used to ship FAST. Now? Takes them a long time and many ingredients, etc are sold out. :-(.
Hi Doughboy - just to clarify: This is the app that is on your tablet. I haven't updated my controller firmware, either (there's really no need because it always works!).

Hi all - I downloaded the most recent Brew Boss app update before this weekend's brew session. I am using the cheap Android tablet that ships with the system and have never had any issues.
The new software is meant to work with the updated BB controller but I can no longer connect to my Hops...
My Brewometer / Tilt now goes through batteries in 24 hours or less... As much as I love it - this is getting old. I'm going to reach out to them (wish me luck!).
Update: The gents from Tilt/Brewometer are sending me a new model. They only ask that I return the old. GREAT support and service!
