:mug: That was the first year after moving a ~5 year old plant. I wasn't expecting it to grow very much but it did.

We started making soap in 2021 from boredom. 2022 hop season, my wife tried to infuse some with olive oil. There is almost a sweet hay smell but it doesn't have much for a hops smell anymore. I also think we picked them too late.

Fun find from 2021. I don't claim to be good at taking pictures or growing hops. :drunk: I was told these are willamette by the person who gave me the rhizome.

I've been using B Brite, something similar to Oxi Clean. When I clean a bottle that came from a case of beer that I bought at the distributor (store) I will soak it in B Brite so that the label will come off(scrubbing is usually involved), then set it aside. I'll do 5 or so at a time in the sink...

This beats my paper towel blanket idea!! I will be doing this next time. :tank:

If you don't have a carboy brush get one, it'll help a lot!

I use the bayou 44 quart version of this one my glass flat top electric stove and do full 6 gallon extract boils (on my second batch now so I'm still a n00b). My handles were welded not riveted like some people complain about. Check with the seller if you can. I'm not amazon suave.
