    Glycol chiller build

Ultimately I went with 2 plate chillers in my setup. I have a Keg Cowboy 50 plate running with the Texas tap water, which gets my boiling wort down to about 100, then from that I go into a 40 plate chiller running off of my glycol at 30 degrees. Most days I can knock out 10 gals in 20-25...

    Ebrewsupply 30a 2 element / 2 pid kit

Sorry guys, I'm happy to help on these. The drawing currently up is a few iterations old. I have done a number of tweaks since, but I have also been wrestling server problems, so I had let the drawings online go out of date (clue is the mis-spelling of electric in the top right box). The PID I...

    Ebrewsupply 30a 2 element / 2 pid kit

I fell victim to GoDaddy DNS failure. CoalCracker, I based parts of my build on Tiber_Brews here: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f170/electric-brewery-plans-need-help-183775/. I have had a few other server issues, but those were on my side earlier. I'll be making changes soon (new server being...

My all new electric BCS-460 brewery

Looks pretty good as you have it for your goal. I definitely recommend keeping the pc and bcs isolated from the estop as you have done. That way you don't completely lose a batch if you hit the estop.

My all new electric BCS-460 brewery

Honestly, never looked for them. I'm not a big fan of the design, but that argument has been beaten to a pulp. I would venture to bet, the best place to look in short distance is RadioShack. If you have a Frys, even better. Ryan

My all new electric BCS-460 brewery

Hammis, Have quickest, easiest way to wire in a key switch is to use a contactor on the front side. Take a look at my kits to get an idea on how to wire it. With the draw your thinking, a 40a contactor will be plenty.

Window AC Unit as a glycol chiller?

Each A/C unit is going to be slightly different to wire but the basics are there on each. Took me a few trials confirm. My setup... early in its life.. Its grown up since, but I don't have any recent pics, but at some point will post. More details in my build thread.

    Input needed: eBrewSupply kits?

TheDude, I haven't given much thought to a 110 BIAB setup yet. But first thoughts are to use an SSR with the PID of course, and then perhaps a contactor between the ssr and the element. Aside from the element itself, everything can run across the switches on the site (10a maximum). I would...
