I'm a new home brewer from Toronto, Canada. I have introduced to home-brewing through a friend who is a master brewer and who has a wonderful shop of supplies for brewers (Brewmonger, in St. Catharines, Ontario). For me, this is a new hobby -- I started to do this with my Father and we both have a lot of questions.
