Getting ready to pull the trigger on a Robobrew v3. If anyone out there has one, could you tell me your efficiency, evaporation(boil off) rates?

Yeah, this is a pain in the ass. What I have been doing is using about 1 oz. of vanilla beans(roughly 10 beans)and grind them in a electric coffee mill. I then put the ground beans in about 1 cup of boiling water, boil for roughly 3 minutes, remove from heat and chill the mixture.

It is possible. But SN has changed the recipe for this beer since I posted this recipe. They no longer include cascade hops in their recipe, but they used to.
If memory serves(and I wouldn't bet the farm on this) but I believe they used to list carapils as ingredient...but no longer do...
SN just uses pale ale malt along with some crystal malt, they don't use any toasted malt in pale ale at all.
The toasted was malt was an experiment of mine that paid off. I still brew this from time to time. The flavor and aroma is much better than SN...their beers have gotten...."meh".

Looks good to me! I like Mandarina Hops. Nice citrus aroma but still a nice noble hop type of touch to them.
Personally, I would replace the tettnang hops with sorachi ace. I would also be sure to use light candi syrup. Perhaps maybe 1 gram of crushed pepper corns in the boil?

If you are using Beersmith, maybe try what I do. I do a hybrid sparge(discussed in this site....somewhere). I use use beersmith software to calculate the amount of BOILING water I need to add to my mash tun to get it to 170* for a mash out. I then use that boiling...
