How did this come out for you? And I do believe remembering them saying they dry hopped the Lucille when I went on their brewery tour. Great tour by the way. It cost $5 and you drink the entire time out of a pint glass they give to you.

Question: If adding the LME at flame out and letting it rest for 15 minutes, does that affect your hop schedule? Basically if I have hops that I will be adding at 5 minutes left in boil, should I still be adding them at 5 minutes before flame out, or should I now be adding them at 10 minutes...
