Still aging.

So this is a partial? It does not look like an all extract recipe to me.

Opened one last night for my birthday. The intense alcohol flavoring is really starting to tone down and fruity characters are starting to come out. Still not carbed though. Any suggestions? Or is it too far along?

Going to do second batch this weekend.

Opened one, not even close to carbed. Maybe in 10 years or so.

Always 60 mins. Rapid cooling. 15 minute stirring intervals.

Cracked a bottle of this last night. Brewed in september. A little light on carbonation but spices smell great but dont come through in flavor though.

Seems like most of my brews have been turning out darker in color than they should be. Its kind of weird.

I havent opened one yet and dont intend to until at very least xmas then the rest a year or two later.

I added more yeast in the bottling bucket 1/4 packet rehydrated champ

I am moving into a new neighborhood and am thinking of doing an outdoor brew day to get to know my new neighbors. Does this sound like a good idea?

Any opinions on using warrior hops and wlp 007 like dfh?

I would suggest moving it carefully and not removing the airlock. Try to get it into the secondary before moving as to nit kick up the trub.

Would it be wise to cold crash after 3 wks in primary @ 68f? If so, how low and for how long? Secondary necessary?
