    What is a "Karen"?

    It is a stereotypical name associated with rude, insufferable middle-aged white women. Kind of a mutated subspecies of a Soccer Mom. If you are really into depravity, you can search youtube for "Karen Freakout" for a firsthand glimpse into the insanity... Hope this helps!

    Proportional and 3-way valves

    Belimo is the end-all, be-all for smaller applications IMO. Now if you start talking 6" and larger I use the Bray.

    What is your go-to hangover remedy?

    Gatorade with alka-seltzer dropped in, a big plate of mexican food and a nap. If it's real bad, I'll make myself a few micheladas until I feel human again.

    Howdy!

    Hey y'all. Busy Dad in North Texas, just getting back into the hobby after a 10 year hiatus. I brew mini-mash in all styles, and am now bottling since I don't have a keg fridge any more. I'm happy to be here, and hope to be able to contribute in a meaningful way!
