I have been brewing and wine making for a year now, after getting a starter kit for my birthday. So far I have made a batch of mead, that didn’t turn out as well as I’d hoped; an American pale ale; a NEIPA, both from extract, also a braggot from a recipe I got from YouTube, and a gallon of hard cider. I have been very pleased with the beer/cider. Now I am getting ready to make my first all grain (BIAB), an ESB.
