Well my I went from low 60's to 78% using the factory settings and only passing the grain through one time. I'll be adjusting the gap as suggested by all...and attaching it to my cabinet. Any ideas on where to get a motor for this bad boy?

Got a grain mill so this is my first test batch...interested to see if having the grains freshly crushed plays an impact on taste. Using leftover HBC 342 and summit to hop a Rye Pale Ale...interested to see how my efficiency plays out....

I just purchased and received my new Monster Mill MM3 3 roller mill. Any tips? I had been getting low efficiency (grain mill at LHBS doesn't mill well at all).

I brewed a 10 gallon batch 2 weeks ago...1.076 OG and it's been sitting at 1.013 now for the last 6 days. Should I repitch or bottle and let age?
Wyeast 1762...I pitched two smack packs and it's been sitting at 68 degrees...give or take 1 degree.
