Really a 19 inch hump height? wow, that's huge. the collar needs to be huge to fit a keg on that.

500 series is the now discontinued model, with the screw off spout? This would be nice, they are different diameters than the 600's and couldnt fined them.
I built the exact same internal component out of 2X10' type L pipes. (16 X 18") and sunk it in a bucket of ice water. Still ended up stirring the ice water on brew day to achieve my desired results. Next brew I threw a small pump in the ice bath for a light circ, which helped a bit. Its been fun...

I'm happy with the 13 gallons I serve from my frigidaire, and am in the process of putting in a 3 tap tower. I also like that it's one of the options out there with a smaller foot print in my apt, and still has a nice clean look. Good lookin out on this though! Keep us updated, I'll have to...

Good idea; i'm about to make a cider with fresh juice for my 3 gal.
I can fit a 3 gal on the hump, with a 5 gallon no problem. I think this week im going to pick up another 5 gallon corny, because im about to add a 3 tap tower to this bad-boy.
