Update time! Beer turned out great. The hop aroma was bang on, so I think the 2oz citra dry hop was perfect. I ended up getting a more efficient mash than I expected, so this ended up being a 7.5% beer. Didn't have room in the keg to dilute, so it's not quite an apples-to-apples comparison. I...

Just brewed it last night, and everything went well. Hit my target OG right on the head at 1.068, so assuming the yeast does its job, this should work out. Couple weeks and I'll get it in a keg and hit it with the citra dry hop. I'll keep you updated. Cheers!
