    Built my BIAB Hoist

Sweet set up! I use a boat winch with a pulley mounted to my garage ceiling- also overkill, but I like the portability of your hoist. Prost!:mug:

    Hickory Keezer

Congrats on your beautiful bar. Very classy with the hardwood/copper combo. I'm sure it's worth the time & effort for a priceless piece of furniture with rewards! FWIW, I used 45 lb. shocks on my keezer & had to move them around to find the sweet spot. It opens & closes with ease now. :mug:

    So who's brewing this weekend?

Looks like a good day in S.E. Wisconsin. Mashing in on an IPA, good tunes, venny stew in the crockpot. Should be a tasty day!! :mug:

    4 Tap Keezer Build

Sorry for the delay & thanks for looking!! Here's a couple pics of the shock mounts. Bottom is roughly 1/4 of the distance from the back of cabinet. The last pic is the final touch with a fancy light & dimmer. Gotta have some bling!! Good luck! :mug:

    Major Bummer!

After work yesterday, I couldn't wait to get home & try a nut brown & stout that have been kegged for a few weeks. Finally, 4 tappers all working at once!! Opened up my keezer to check before firing up the fans(luckily) & heard a dripping sound. WTF! The keg with the stout had been leaking...

    4 Tap Keezer Build

they're Suspa 45 lb. shocks bought on Amazon for $27/pr. They need about 1.5" of space next to freezer to mount. It's just short of 18" in length when fully opened. Hope that helps. :mug:

    4 Tap Keezer Build

First 2 kegs are ready to hook up as soon as I get the lines & faucets cleaned today. The fans and probe are in. The lighted box in pic controls all 4 fans. Co2 tank is inside closet, out of sight. Time to start chillin'!! :ban:

    Noisy Regulator

It was a brand new unit that I purchased online late last year. I couldn't find reciept, but they honored warranty anyway. It sucks that it was defective in the first place, but at least they were quick to stand behind the product.

    Noisy Regulator

I emailed Tap Rite & they sent me detailed instructions for taking it apart. After doing so twice, checking for a loose capsule, it still leaked. Their customer service is awesome & they're sending me a new complete unit. Thumbs up to TapRite!! :rockin:

    4 Tap Keezer Build

Thanks! The wires all go through the back side of the lid along with Co2 hoses (thanks day trippr!!). I removed the liner & used a step drill to put holes in. Had to remove some foam insulation to allow for wires & add rubber grommets. Then I marked the liner & cut holes where wires come in...
